MyTransPlanner! for high school to post high school transition planning is available to you on a subscription basis.
For $49.97 you purchase a one-year license to use MyTransPlanner!
With this license you and your child can use MyTransPlanner! to do the following:
- Log in with a unique username and password

- Take a Survey to identify, with your child, your child’s post high school goals, preferences, needs, strengths, and interests. You will answer 40-45 questions from a 97 item question pool.

- View and Print a 3-year Plan with recommended activities for your child that lead to achieving your child’s post high school goals. You can use this plan in transition IEP meetings to help guide decisions about your child’s educational activities and transition services, making the most of the time in high school.

- View and Print Reports that may be used by you or your child to introduce your child and set the direction of transition IEP meetings, keeping the focus on your child’s post high school goals.

Use MyTransPlanner! for an entire year. You can use MyTransPlanner! again and again during the one-year license period. (You can renew the license on a yearly basis.)
With MyTransPlanner!, you can also:
- Do “What if?” For example, what if your child wants to pursue a different line of work after high school? You and your child can change answers in the Survey and generate a new Plan that reflects those changes.
- Update your child’s Plan to keep track of progress made.
- Add to or otherwise change the Plan to document additional services provided or activities completed.
- Learn about the recommended activities through links to Info Files©.
