Wizdom Education completes final phase of training Grayslake Community High School District 127 personnel in the use of LiveIEP! - Wizdom's web based Individual Education Program (IEP) management software
Naperville, Illinois – Wizdom Education completed the final phase of training Grayslake Community High School District 127 personnel in the use of LiveIEP!, Wizdom’s popular web based Individual Education Program (IEP) management software.
Special Education people including case managers, teachers, social workers and psychologists have been taught how to manage their IEP work on line through Wizdom LiveIEP!.
“This is really neat,” said a teacher.
With LiveIEP!, Special Education personnel will always be sure of having the latest IEP forms with which to work because they are centrally administered on the District’s Server. Case Managers will be able to download any form, any time, to their own computer, work on the forms independently or during IEP meetings, and then up load forms to the server.
Because Wizdom LiveIEP! is a hybrid system, using both the Internet and a PC Client, School District personnel have the best of both worlds. Their work is always available on their machines, and they are always sure of having the latest forms from the Internet. Further, they can work from home or any other place, with or without an Internet connection.
From the District's point of view, school administration is always certain that records are current and consistent across the entire district.
“Wizdom LiveIEP! captures student information from the Illinois Special Education System EdWin version 2005 and automatically populates the District’s IEP forms eliminating the need for teachers to re input student information,” said Denise L. Kindle, Director of Special Education. “This is a tremendous advantage in terms of time saving and accuracy.”
